I am no preacher, but, am a prime sinner and living in this world in HIS mercy. For a sinner like me too, when I read “The Holy Bible” KJV,  the following verses were given in the context of “Lack” from the New Testament (KJV).

Mat 19:20 The young man saith unto him, All these things
have I kept from my youth up:
what lack I yet?

Mar 10:21 Then Jesus beholding him loved him, and said unto him,
One thing thou lackest:
go thy way, sell whatsoever thou hast,
and give to the poor,
and thou shalt have treasure in heaven:
and come, take up the cross,
and follow me.

Luk 8:6 And some fell upon a rock;
and as soon as it was sprung up,
it withered away,
because it lacked moisture.

Luk 18:22 Now when Jesus heard these things, he said unto him,
Yet lackest thou one thing:
sell all that thou hast,
and distribute unto the poor,
and thou shalt have treasure in heaven:
and come, follow me.

Luk 22:35 And he said unto them, When I sent you without purse,
and scrip,
and shoes,
lacked ye any thing?
And they said, Nothing.

Act 4:34 Neither was there any among them that lacked:
for as many as were possessors of lands or houses sold them,
and brought the prices of the things that were sold,

1Co 12:24 For our comely parts have no need:
but God hath tempered the body together,
having given more abundant honour to that part which lacked:

1Co 16:17 I am glad of the coming of Stephanas and Fortunatus and Achaicus:
for that which was lacking on your part they have supplied.

2Co 8:15 As it is written, He that had gathered much had nothing over;
and he that had gathered little had no lack.

2Co 11:9 And when I was present with you, and wanted,
I was chargeable to no man:
for that which was lacking to me the brethren
which came from Macedonia supplied:
and in all things I have kept myself
from being burdensome unto you,
and so will I keep myself.

Phi 2:30 Because for the work of Christ he was nigh unto death,
not regarding his life,
to supply your lack of service toward me.

Phi 4:10 But I rejoiced in the Lord greatly,
that now at the last your care of me hath flourished again;
wherein ye were also careful,
but ye lacked opportunity.

1Th 3:10 Night and day praying exceedingly that we might see your face,
and might perfect that which is lacking in your faith?

1Th 4:12 That ye may walk honestly toward them that are without,
and that ye may have lack of nothing.

Jam 1:5 If any of you lack wisdom, let him ask of God,
that giveth to all men liberally,
and upbraideth not;
and it shall be given him.

2Pe 1:9 But he that lacketh these things is blind,
and cannot see afar off,
and hath forgotten that he was purged from his old sins.
