I am no preacher, but, am a prime sinner and living in this world in HIS mercy. For a sinner like me too, when I read “The Holy Bible” KJV,  the following verses were given in the context of “fear the LORD”.

Exo 9:30 But as for thee and thy servants,
I know that ye will not yet fear the LORD God.

Deu 6:2 That thou mightest fear the LORD thy God,
to keep all his statutes and his commandments,
which I command thee, thou,
and thy son,
and thy son’s son, all the days of thy life;
and that thy days may be prolonged.

Deu 6:13 Thou shalt fear the LORD thy God,
and serve him,
and shalt swear by his name.

Deu 6:24 And the LORD commanded us
to do all these statutes,
to fear the LORD our God,
for our good always,
that he might preserve us alive,
