even unto the greatest of them
every one is given to covetousness;
and from the prophet even
unto the priest every one dealeth falsely. – Jer 6:13

I am no preacher, but, am a prime sinner and living in this world in HIS mercy. For a sinner like me too, when I read “The Holy Bible” KJV, the following verses were given in the context of my mercy .

Isa 1:23 Thy princes are rebellious,
and companions of thieves: every one loveth gifts,
and followeth after rewards: they judge not the fatherless,
neither doth the cause of the widow come unto them.

Isa 3:5 And the people shall be oppressed,
every one by another,
and every one by his neighbour:
the child shall behave himself
proudly against the ancient,
and the base against the honourable.

Isa 4:3 And it shall come to pass,
that he that is left in Zion,
and he that remaineth in Jerusalem,
shall be called holy,
even every one that is written
among the living in Jerusalem:

Isa 7:22 And it shall come to pass,
for the abundance of milk
that they shall give he shall eat butter:
for butter and honey shall every one eat
that is left in the land.

Isa 9:17 Therefore the Lord
shall have no joy in their young men,
neither shall have mercy on their fatherless and widows:
for every one is an hypocrite and an evildoer,
and every mouth speaketh folly.
For all this his anger is not turned away,
but his hand is stretched out still.

Isa 13:14 And it shall be as the chased roe,
and as a sheep that no man taketh up:
they shall every man turn to his own people,
and flee every one into his own land.

Isa 13:15 Every one that is found
shall be thrust through;
and every one that is joined unto them
shall fall by the sword.

Isa 14:18 All the kings of the nations,
even all of them, lie in glory,
every one in his own house.

Isa 15:3 In their streets they shall
gird themselves with sackcloth:
on the tops of their houses,
and in their streets,
every one shall howl, weeping abundantly.

Isa 16:7 Therefore shall Moab howl for Moab,
every one shall howl:
for the foundations of Kirhareseth shall ye mourn;
surely they are stricken.

Isa 19:2 And I will set the Egyptians
against the Egyptians:
and they shall fight every one against his brother,
and every one against his neighbour; city against city,
and kingdom against kingdom.

Isa 19:17 And the land of Judah
shall be a terror unto Egypt,
every one that maketh mention thereof
shall be afraid in himself,
because of the counsel of the LORD of hosts,
which he hath determined against it.

Isa 34:15 There shall the great owl make her nest,
and lay,
and hatch,
and gather under her shadow:
there shall the vultures also be gathered,
every one with her mate.

Isa 36:16 Hearken not to Hezekiah:
for thus saith the king of Assyria,
Make an agreement with me by a present,
and come out to me:
and eat ye every one of his vine,
and every one of his fig tree,
and drink ye every one the waters of his own cistern;

Isa 41:6 They helped every one his neighbour;
and every one said to his brother, Be of good courage.

Isa 43:7 Even every one that is called by my name:
for I have created him for my glory,
I have formed him; yea, I have made him.

Isa 47:15 Thus shall they be unto thee
with whom thou hast laboured,
even thy merchants,
from thy youth:
they shall wander every one to his quarter;
none shall save thee.

Isa 53:6 All we like sheep have gone astray;
we have turned every one to his own way;
and the LORD hath laid on him the iniquity of us all.

Isa 55:1 Ho, every one that thirsteth,
come ye to the waters,
and he that hath no money; come ye, buy,
and eat; yea, come,
buy wine and milk without money and without price.

Isa 56:6 Also the sons of the stranger,
that join themselves to the LORD,
to serve him,
and to love the name of the LORD,
to be his servants,
every one that keepeth the sabbath from polluting it,
and taketh hold of my covenant;

Isa 56:11 Yea, they are greedy dogs
which can never have enough,
and they are shepherds that cannot understand:
they all look to their own way,
every one for his gain,
from his quarter.

Jer 1:15 For, lo, I will call all the families
of the kingdoms of the north,
saith the LORD; and they shall come,
and they shall set every one his throne
at the entering of the gates of Jerusalem,
and against all the walls thereof round about,
and against all the cities of Judah.

Jer 5:6 Wherefore a lion out of the forest shall slay them,
and a wolf of the evenings shall spoil them,
a leopard shall watch over their cities:
every one that goeth out thence
shall be torn in pieces:
because their transgressions are many,
and their backslidings are increased.

Jer 5:8 They were as fed horses in the morning:
every one neighed after his neighbour’s wife.

Jer 6:3 The shepherds with their flocks shall come unto her;
they shall pitch their tents against her round about;
they shall feed every one in his place.

Jer 6:13 For from the least of them
even unto the greatest of them
every one is given to covetousness;
and from the prophet even
unto the priest every one dealeth falsely.

Jer 8:6 I hearkened and heard,
but they spake not aright:
no man repented him of his wickedness,
saying, What have I done?
every one turned to his course,
as the horse rusheth into the battle.

Jer 8:10 Therefore will I give their wives unto others,
and their fields to them that shall inherit them:
for every one from the least even
unto the greatest is given to covetousness,
from the prophet even unto the priest
every one dealeth falsely.

Jer 9:4 Take ye heed every one of his neighbour,
and trust ye not in any brother:
for every brother will utterly supplant,
and every neighbour will walk with slanders.

Jer 9:5 And they will deceive every one his neighbour,
and will not speak the truth:
they have taught their tongue to speak lies,
and weary themselves to commit iniquity.

Jer 9:20 Yet hear the word of the LORD, O ye women,
and let your ear receive the word of his mouth,
and teach your daughters wailing,
and every one her neighbour lamentation.

Jer 11:8 Yet they obeyed not,
nor inclined their ear,
but walked every one in the imagination
of their evil heart:
therefore I will bring upon them
all the words of this covenant,
which I commanded them to do;
but they did them not.

Jer 15:10 Woe is me, my mother,
that thou hast borne me a man of strife
and a man of contention to the whole earth!
I have neither lent on usury,
nor men have lent to me on usury;
yet every one of them doth curse me.

Jer 16:12 And ye have done worse than your fathers;
for, behold, ye walk every one
after the imagination of his evil heart,
that they may not hearken unto me:

Jer 18:11 Now therefore go to,
speak to the men of Judah,
and to the inhabitants of Jerusalem,
saying, Thus saith the LORD;
Behold, I frame evil against you,
and devise a device against you:
return ye now every one from his evil way,
and make your ways and your doings good.

Jer 18:12 And they said, There is no hope:
but we will walk after our own devices,
and we will every one do
the imagination of his evil heart.

Jer 18:16 To make their land desolate,
and a perpetual hissing;
every one that passeth thereby shall be astonished,
and wag his head.

Jer 19:8 And I will make this city desolate,
and an hissing; every one
that passeth thereby shall be astonished
and hiss because of all the plagues thereof.

Jer 19:9 And I will cause them to eat
the flesh of their sons
and the flesh of their daughters,
and they shall eat every one the flesh
of his friend in the siege and straitness,
wherewith their enemies,
and they that seek their lives, shall straiten them.

Jer 20:7 O LORD, thou hast deceived me,
and I was deceived: thou art stronger than I,
and hast prevailed:
I am in derision daily,
every one mocketh me.

Jer 22:7 And I will prepare destroyers against thee,
every one with his weapons: and they shall cut down thy choice cedars,
and cast them into the fire.

Jer 23:17 They say still unto them that despise me,
The LORD hath said, Ye shall have peace;
and they say unto every one that walketh
after the imagination of his own heart,
No evil shall come upon you.

Jer 23:30 Therefore, behold, I am against the prophets,
saith the LORD, that steal my words
every one from his neighbour.

Jer 23:35 Thus shall ye say every one to his neighbour,
and every one to his brother,
What hath the LORD answered?
and, What hath the LORD spoken?

Jer 25:5 They said, Turn ye again now every one from his evil way,
and from the evil of your doings,
and dwell in the land that the LORD hath given unto you
and to your fathers for ever and ever:

Jer 30:16 Therefore all they that devour thee
shall be devoured;
and all thine adversaries, every one of them,
shall go into captivity;
and they that spoil thee shall be a spoil,
and all that prey upon thee will I give for a prey.

Jer 31:30 But every one shall die for his own iniquity:
every man that eateth the sour grape,
his teeth shall be set on edge.

Jer 32:19 Great in counsel,
and mighty in work:
for thine eyes are open upon all the ways of the sons of men:
to give every one according to his ways,
and according to the fruit of his doings:

Jer 34:10 Now when all the princes,
and all the people, which had entered into the covenant,
heard that every one should let his manservant,
and every one his maidservant, go free,
that none should serve themselves of them any more, then they obeyed,
and let them go.

Jer 34:17 Therefore thus saith the LORD;
Ye have not hearkened unto me,
in proclaiming liberty,
every one to his brother,
and every man to his neighbour:
behold, I proclaim a liberty for you, saith the LORD,
to the sword, to the pestilence,
and to the famine;
and I will make you to be removed
into all the kingdoms of the earth.

Jer 36:7 It may be they will present their supplication before the LORD,
and will return every one from his evil way:
for great is the anger and the fury
that the LORD hath pronounced against this people.

Jer 49:17 Also Edom shall be a desolation:
every one that goeth by it shall be astonished,
and shall hiss at all the plagues thereof.

Jer 50:13 Because of the wrath of the LORD
it shall not be inhabited,
but it shall be wholly desolate:
every one that goeth by Babylon shall be astonished,
and hiss at all her plagues.

Jer 50:16 Cut off the sower from Babylon,
and him that handleth the sickle
in the time of harvest:
for fear of the oppressing sword
they shall turn every one to his people,
and they shall flee every one to his own land.

Jer 50:42 They shall hold the bow
and the lance: they are cruel,
and will not shew mercy:
their voice shall roar like the sea,
and they shall ride upon horses,
every one put in array, like a man to the battle,
against thee, O daughter of Babylon.

Jer 51:9 We would have healed Babylon,
but she is not healed: forsake her,
and let us go every one into his own country:
for her judgment reacheth unto heaven,
and is lifted up even to the skies.

Jer 51:56 Because the spoiler is come upon her,
even upon Babylon,
and her mighty men are taken,
every one of their bows is broken:
for the LORD God of recompences shall surely requite.

Eze 1:6 And every one had four faces,
and every one had four wings.

Eze 1:9 Their wings were joined one to another;
they turned not when they went;
they went every one straight forward.

Eze 1:11 Thus were their faces:
and their wings were stretched upward;
two wings of every one were joined one to another,
and two covered their bodies.

Eze 1:12 And they went every one straight forward:
whither the spirit was to go, they went;
and they turned not when they went.

Eze 1:23 And under the firmament were their wings straight,
the one toward the other:
every one had two,
which covered on this side,
and every one had two,
which covered on that side, their bodies.

Eze 7:16 But they that escape of them shall escape,
and shall be on the mountains like doves of the valleys,
all of them mourning, every one for his iniquity.

Eze 10:14 And every one had four faces:
the first face was the face of a cherub,
and the second face was the face of a man,
and the third the face of a lion,
and the fourth the face of an eagle.

Eze 10:19 And the cherubims lifted up their wings,
and mounted up from the earth in my sight:
when they went out,
the wheels also were beside them,
and every one stood at the door of the east gate
of the LORD’S house;
and the glory of the God of Israel was over them above.

Eze 10:21 Every one had four faces apiece,
and every one four wings;
and the likeness of the hands of a man was under their wings.

Eze 10:22 And the likeness of their faces was
the same faces which I saw by the river of Chebar,
their appearances and themselves:
they went every one straight forward.

Eze 11:5 And the Spirit of the LORD fell upon me,
and said unto me, Speak;
Thus saith the LORD; Thus have ye said,
O house of Israel:
for I know the things that come into your mind,
every one of them.

Eze 14:7 For every one of the house of Israel,
or of the stranger that sojourneth in Israel,
which separateth himself from me,
and setteth up his idols in his heart,
and putteth the stumblingblock of his iniquity before his face,
and cometh to a prophet to enquire of him concerning me;
I the LORD will answer him by myself:

Eze 16:15 But thou didst trust in thine own beauty,
and playedst the harlot because of thy renown,
and pouredst out thy fornications
on every one that passed by; his it was.

Eze 16:25 Thou hast built thy high place
at every head of the way,
and hast made thy beauty to be abhorred,
and hast opened thy feet to every one that passed by,
and multiplied thy whoredoms.

Eze 16:44 Behold, every one that useth proverbs |
shall use this proverb against thee, saying,
As is the mother, so is her daughter.

Eze 18:30 Therefore I will judge you,
O house of Israel, every one according to his ways,
saith the Lord GOD. Repent,
and turn yourselves from all your transgressions;
so iniquity shall not be your ruin.

Eze 20:39 As for you, O house of Israel,
thus saith the Lord GOD; Go ye, serve ye every one his idols,
and hereafter also, if ye will not hearken unto me:
but pollute ye my holy name no more with your gifts,
and with your idols.

Eze 22:6 Behold, the princes of Israel,
every one were in thee to their power to shed blood.

Eze 33:20 Yet ye say,
The way of the Lord is not equal.
O ye house of Israel,
I will judge you every one after his ways.

Eze 33:26 Ye stand upon your sword,
ye work abomination,
and ye defile every one his neighbour’s wife:
and shall ye possess the land?

Eze 33:30 Also, thou son of man,
the children of thy people still are talking against thee
by the walls and in the doors of the houses,
and speak one to another,
every one to his brother,
saying, Come, I pray you,
and hear what is the word
that cometh forth from the LORD.

Eze 45:20 And so thou shalt do
the seventh day of the month for every one that erreth,
and for him that is simple:
so shall ye reconcile the house.

I am no preacher, but, am a prime sinner and living in this world in HIS mercy. For a sinner like me too, when I read “The Holy Bible” KJV, the following verses were given in the context of every one. <

Mal 2:17 Ye have wearied the LORD with your words.
Yet ye say, Wherein have we wearied him?
When ye say, Every one
that doeth evil is good in the sight of the LORD,
and he delighteth in them;
or, Where is the God of judgment?
Mat 7:8 For every one that asketh receiveth;
and he that seeketh findeth;
and to him that knocketh it shall be opened.
Mat 7:21 Not every one that saith unto me, Lord, Lord,
shall enter into the kingdom of heaven;
but he that doeth the will of my Father
which is in heaven.
Mat 7:26 And every one that heareth
these sayings of mine,
and doeth them not,
shall be likened unto a foolish man,
which built his house upon the sand:
Mat 18:35 So likewise shall my
heavenly Father do also unto you,
if ye from your hearts forgive not every one
his brother their trespasses.
Mat 19:29 And every one that hath forsaken houses,
or brethren,
or sisters,
or father,
or mother,
or wife,
or children,
or lands,
for my name’s sake, shall receive an hundredfold,
and shall inherit everlasting life.
Mat 25:29 For unto every one that hath shall be given,
and he shall have abundance:
but from him that hath not shall be taken away
even that which he hath.
Mat 26:22 And they were exceeding sorrowful,
and began every one of them
to say unto him, Lord, is it I?
Mar 7:14 And when he had called
all the people unto him,
he said unto them,
Hearken unto me every one of you,
and understand:
Mar 9:49 For every one shall be salted with fire,
and every sacrifice shall be salted with salt.
Luk 2:3 And all went to be taxed,
every one into his own city.
Luk 4:40 Now when the sun was setting,
all they that had any sick with divers diseases
brought them unto him;
and he laid his hands on every one of them,
and healed them.
Luk 6:40 The disciple is not above his master:
but every one that is perfect shall be as his master.
Luk 9:43 And they were all amazed
at the mighty power of God.
But while they wondered every one
at all things which Jesus did,
he said unto his disciples,
Luk 11:4 And forgive us our sins;
for we also forgive every one
that is indebted to us.
And lead us not into temptation;
but deliver us from evil.
Luk 11:10 For every one that asketh receiveth;
and he that seeketh findeth;
and to him that knocketh it shall be opened.
Luk 16:5 So he called every one of
his lord’s debtors unto him,
and said unto the first,
How much owest thou unto my lord?
Luk 18:14 I tell you, this man went down
to his house justified
rather than the other:
for every one that exalteth himself shall be abased;
and he that humbleth himself shall be exalted.
Luk 19:26 For I say unto you,
That unto every one which hath shall be given;
and from him that hath not,
even that he hath shall be taken away from him.
Joh 3:8 The wind bloweth where it listeth,
and thou hearest the sound thereof,
but canst not tell whence it cometh,
and whither it goeth:
so is every one that is born of the Spirit.
Joh 3:20 For every one that doeth evil hateth the light,
neither cometh to the light,
lest his deeds should be reproved.
Joh 6:7 Philip answered him,
Two hundred pennyworth of bread
is not sufficient for them,
that every one of them may take a little.
Joh 6:40 And this is the will of him that sent me,
that every one which seeth the Son,
and believeth on him,
may have everlasting life:
and I will raise him up at the last day.
Joh 18:37 Pilate therefore said unto him,
Art thou a king then?
Jesus answered, Thou sayest that I am a king.
To this end was I born,
and for this cause came I into the world,
that I should bear witness unto the truth.
Every one that is of the truth heareth my voice.
Joh 21:25 And there are also many other things
which Jesus did, the which,
if they should be written every one,
I suppose that even the world itself
could not contain the books
that should be written. Amen.
Act 2:38 Then Peter said unto them, Repent,
and be baptized every one of you
in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins,
and ye shall receive the gift of the Holy Ghost.
Act 3:26 Unto you first God,
having raised up his Son Jesus,
sent him to bless you,
in turning away every one of you
from his iniquities.

out of the cities round about unto Jerusalem,
bringing sick folks,
and them which were vexed with unclean spirits:
and they were healed every one.
Act 16:26 And suddenly there was a great earthquake,
so that the foundations of the prison were shaken:
and immediately all the doors were opened,
and every one‘s bands were loosed.
Act 17:27 That they should seek the Lord,
if haply they might feel after him,
and find him,
though he be not far from every one of us:
Act 20:31 Therefore watch,
and remember, that by the space of three years
I ceased not to warn every one
night and day with tears.
Act 21:26 Then Paul took the men,
and the next day purifying himself
with them entered into the temple,
to signify the accomplishment of
the days of purification,
until that an offering should be offered
for every one of them.
Act 28:2 And the barbarous people
shewed us no little kindness:
for they kindled a fire,
and received us every one,
because of the present rain,
and because of the cold.
Rom 1:16 For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ:
for it is the power of God unto salvation
to every one that believeth; to the Jew first,
and also to the Greek.
Rom 10:4 For Christ is the end of the law
for righteousness to every one that believeth.
Rom 12:5 So we, being many,
are one body in Christ,
and every one members one of another.
Rom 14:12 So then every one of us
shall give account of himself to God.
Rom 15:2 Let every one of us
please his neighbour
for his good to edification.
1Co 1:12 Now this I say,
that every one of you saith, I am of Paul;
and I of Apollos;
and I of Cephas; and I of Christ.
1Co 7:17 But as God hath distributed to every man,
as the Lord hath called every one, so let him walk.
And so ordain I in all churches.
1Co 11:21 For in eating every one
taketh before other his own supper:
and one is hungry,
and another is drunken.
1Co 12:18 But now hath God set
the members every one of them in the body,
as it hath pleased him.
1Co 14:26 How is it then, brethren?
when ye come together,
every one of you hath a psalm,
hath a doctrine, hath a tongue,
hath a revelation,
hath an interpretation.
Let all things be done unto edifying.
1Co 16:2 Upon the first day of the week
let every one of you lay by him in store,
as God hath prospered him,
that there be no gatherings when I come.
1Co 16:16 That ye submit yourselves unto such,
and to every one that helpeth with us,
and laboureth.
2Co 5:10 For we must all appear
before the judgment seat of Christ;
that every one may receive the things done in his body,
according to that he hath done,
whether it be good or bad.
Gal 3:10 For as many as are of
the works of the law are under the curse:
for it is written,

which are written in the book of the law to do them.
Gal 3:13 Christ hath redeemed us
from the curse of the law,
being made a curse for us: for it is written,
Cursed is every one that hangeth on a tree:

according to the measure of the gift of Christ.
Eph 5:33 Nevertheless let every one of you
in particular so love his wife even as himself;
and the wife see that she reverence her husband.
1Th 2:11 As ye know how we exhorted
and comforted
and charged every one of you,
as a father doth his children,
1Th 4:4 That every one of you should know
how to possess his vessel in sanctification and honour;
2Th 1:3 We are bound to thank God always for you,
brethren, as it is meet,
because that your faith groweth exceedingly,
and the charity of every one of you all
toward each other aboundeth;
2Ti 2:19 Nevertheless the foundation of God standeth sure,
having this seal,
The Lord knoweth them that are his.
And, Let every one that nameth
the name of Christ depart from iniquity.
Heb 5:13 For every one that useth milk is
unskilful in the word of righteousness:
for he is a babe.
Heb 6:11 And we desire that every one of you
do shew the same diligence
to the full assurance of hope unto the end:
1Jo 2:29 If ye know that he is righteous,
ye know that every one that doeth
righteousness is born of him.
1Jo 4:7 Beloved, let us love one another:
for love is of God;
and every one that loveth is born of God,
and knoweth God.
1Jo 5:1 Whosoever believeth
that Jesus is the Christ is born of God:
and every one that loveth him
that begat loveth him also
that is begotten of him.
Rev 2:23 And I will kill her children with death;
and all the churches shall know
that I am he which searcheth the reins and hearts:
and I will give unto every one of you
according to your works.
Rev 5:8 And when he had taken the book,
the four beasts
and four and twenty elders fell down before the Lamb,
having every one of them harps,
and golden vials full of odours,
which are the prayers of saints.
Rev 6:11 And white robes were given
unto every one of them;
and it was said unto them,
that they should rest yet for a little season,
until their fellowservants also and their brethren,
that should be killed as they were,
should be fulfilled.
