I am no preacher, but, am a prime sinner and living in this world in HIS mercy. For a sinner like me too, when I read “The Holy Bible” KJV,  the following verses were given in the context of “accept…ed…able…ation…”.

Luke 4:24 And he said, Verily I say unto you,
No prophet is accepted in his own country.

Master, we know that thou sayest and teachest rightly,
neither acceptest thou the person of any,
but teachest the way of God truly:

and worketh righteousness,
is accepted with him.

Acts 24:3 We accept it always,
and in all places, most noble Felix,
with all thankfulness.

by the mercies of God,
that ye present your bodies a living sacrifice,
holy, acceptable unto God,
which is your reasonable service.

but be ye transformed
by the renewing of your mind,
that ye may prove what is that good,
and acceptable,
and perfect, will of God.

serveth Christ is acceptable to God,
and approved of men.

behold, now is the day of salvation.)

2 Corinthians 8:12 For if there be first a willing mind,
it is accepted according to that a man hath,
and not according to that he hath not.

2 Corinthians 8:17 For indeed he accepted the exhortation;
but being more forward,
of his own accord he went unto you.

2 Corinthians 11:4 For if he that cometh preacheth another Jesus,
whom we have not preached,
or if ye receive another spirit,
which ye have not received,
or another gospel,
which ye have not accepted,
ye might well bear with him.

Galatians 2:6 But of these who seemed to be somewhat,
(whatsoever they were,
it maketh no matter to me:
God accepteth no man’s person:)
for they who seemed to be somewhat
in conference added nothing to me:

wherein he hath made us accepted in the beloved.

Ephesians 5:10 Proving what is acceptable unto the Lord.

a sacrifice acceptable,
wellpleasing to God.

and worthy of all acceptation,
that Christ Jesus came into the world to save sinners;
of whom I am chief.

in the sight of God our Saviour;

1 Timothy 4:9 This is a faithful saying

let them learn first to shew piety at home,

and others were tortured,
not accepting deliverance;
that they might obtain a better resurrection:

acceptable to God by Jesus Christ.

1 Peter 2:20 For what glory is it, if,
when ye be buffeted for your faults,
ye shall take it patiently?
but if, when ye do well,
and suffer for it, ye take it patiently,
this is acceptable with God.
